installing plugins (Unknown plugins (video/h264)

Please help ..

on my webpage , when i click on my h264 format video.
it show me error like
" not suitable plugins found. Unknown plugin(video/h264)"

so please help me which plugins require and how to install plugins in browser.

Check the plugin your installed or not by writing about:plugins on its url for mozilla firefox and chrome://plugins/ on Google Chrome
