I would like to know how to design tables
when these tables' data can only modified by the owner.
I have many tables and I wonder if it's ok
to create a table to save datas
like ownerid, operatetime, operatemode(like update, modify and insert) and tablename
to solve this situation.
Thanks ahead.

Simple check ID of user and if this meet with owner ID than give him full access otherwise not give him Full access... simply with the help of Hide/Show....
