I answered, but next time, you should better tag a particular UI library used in a window application. I mean, WPF, System.Windows.Forms, Metro, or something else. The answers may heavily depend on that.

I'm afraid to say: if even this seems difficult to you, you are not ready to create any UI just yet. However, I don't thinks so; you just need to apply some labor.

So, suggesting you: stop thinking that it's difficult. Just the opposite: not using these techniques will make it way too difficult in any larger scale and will lead you nowhere.
