Thanks Oleksandr, this is a special case attribute,

userEntry.Properties["sidhistory"].Value = null;
userEntry.CommitChanges();
userEntry.RefreshCache();

by doing the above process for user entry it was not clearing the sidhistory attribute value.

needs to be converted.May be others who know Visual Basic Script & c# can help..
