I want develop windows phone 8 apps!
I have visual studio ultimate registered version, is there any add-in or sdk needs to installed for WP8 development?
 
I found windows 8 SDk but it is express edition that's my problem
 
please any body help me what to do Now

Download and install the Update 1 for Visual Studio 2012, that is assuming you're using VS 11. What version of VS are you using?

Yes, you need the Windows Phone 8 SDK. Here is Microsoft's Getting Started page:
