Live band reheasal using the internet

Dear Codeproject,

I have been a member of codeproject since the beginning and have used this fantastic resource throughout my career as a developer. I was wondering if anyone has any ideas on a program that I could write to allow the rock band I am a member off to have live rehearsals over the Internet.

Any help would be much appreciated.

The big problem with doing that is LAG. This includes the ISP connection for each participant, internet traffic load, encoder/decoder processing time, ... You're not going to get perfect sync from all participants and there is no way you can compenstate for these variables. Can your rehearsal put up with that?
