My Problem is when I check Voucher date in Tally it is : 01/04/2012
Can anyone please tell me why this Voucher Date is not update??

No, we can't. Some other code is setting it, or your set is not being recorded or applied. There's no magical reason why a language, even VB6 ( which has been obsolete for a decade and which no person should learn in 2013 ), would change or ignore a value, your code is either not being called, is setting it again elsewhere, or something similar. VB6 does not allow a property like VB.NET, so it's not possible that VoucherDate here is a method instead of a date time.
