what do you means by own windows? what kind of application you are trying to do? have you searched in google ?

Solution 1

If you have to ask, then it's clear you can't do it. No-one can write a modern OS on their own without at least 5 years of uninterrupted time, and a lot of knowledge.

Obviously OP didn't like your answer ;-) Well, if someone can't spell two sentences right, I doubt that he will be able to write an operating system. I fully agree with your answer.

Solution 2

If you mean a Windows program, then you can use the templates that are provided with Visual Studio. If you do not have a copy you can get the free Express version from http://www.microsoft.com/visualstudio/eng/products/visual-studio-express-products[^].
