Is this format passing two query string is correct if not than correct it plzz very urgent

Hello Raje in this is inside anchor tag and i have to pass two query string value of 1st is passed but second value is not coz of wrong format ...

just put & and then {1} eg,
In String.Format method:-
"http://MyWebsite/ActiveUsers?ID={0}&Name={1}", Eval("ID"), Eval("Name")
