Host Infragistics Ultracombo in a Datagridview Cell

Hi and happy new year for all of you,

Like I said in the title I need to host an Infragistics Ultracombo inside a Datagridview Cell.

To host controls in a datagridview cell I use this code and it works fine for many controls but for some reason it doesn't work with Ultracombo

Posting here is fine. Might be someone can help but I had found that specific questions related to 3rd party is answered more quickly and accurately at respective forums.
