whenever i refresh the webpage i don't want to reload the panel part or div part .what should i do for this, i am using update panel but it is not working.

You have to be more clearer on 'not working' part.

Using UpdatePanel, whatever you put into it will get refreshed when it is triggered for an update. Have a sample example and details about the same here and go through the samples on how to use it:

All you need to know with sample code is present and explained.

Nutshell: You need to put your content in an Udpate Panel to enable partial rendering.
