Multilanqual Language in Mvc

I want Multilangual language change click in Mvc
I am using Resources file.
I am translating and convert into recource file.
But Like we do in asp.net meta.resource key....
what is method in asp.net mvc to change in design view...
plz help.

There is no such method. No IDE know by me is not supporting such feature for MVC.
