Hi Kiruthikaraja,
 
If I understand your question correctly, the answer is no, that is not possible.
The response of a WebService is not a regular HTML page, in which you can integrate JavaScript.
 
However, if you meant how to call a WebService from Javascript, that is easily accomplish-able,
 
Let me know if you did mean that and I'll provide links\sources.
