I want to develop an application for Windows 8 tablet and Mobile (Nokia /HTC) devices, I am choosing .Net 4.5 frame work with C# as language, the graphs will be developed in app, and will only display results based on data received from server in XML or JSON request.
 
i have developed fusion chart but Chart does not displaying in tablet(OS Windows 8) ,may be i have to install FLASH player ....but client don't want install flash player ..
 
please give me another way to display fusion chart/Graph ..

Are you talking about http://www.fusioncharts.com/ ? If so, have you asked them? That would be the first place I would go.

Do you mean will your chart work on ARM based WindowsRT computers in "modern" IE? Everything should work fine on Windows 8 "desktop" IE on x86 computers.
 
Your best bet is to talk to your third party control vendor and see what options they have for Windows Runtime and/or HTML5.
