Hello,
I a have SQL Server installed in my system , is am using windows authentication to login in .
But when ever my trying to create a database or try runing script it gives Error as: create permission denied in database master sql server 2008 , Error:262
 
Any suggestions please.

You need to give create permissions your user (or all users) - it looks like at present you haven't done that.
The trouble is that you probably need to log in as a sysadmin in order to give yourself the required authority!
Open SSMS, and login as an administrator: you have probably left the default admin in place, so that's user "sa", password blank.
Open the "Security" branch of the tree, and double click your PC/User combination. Change the Roles to include sysadmin and save.
While you are here, change the sa password to something a little more secure!
 
You should now be able to create a DB from your usual log in.
