Multiline Graph using Crystal report

I am new to crystal report and m trying to create Line Graph using crystal report where there are 2 axis-X and Y. I have to create a Line chart that will have percentage on Y-axis and on X-axis there is date and Sr.no.
 
eg. data looks like
Name Srno Date Percent
A 1 2012-10-12 30
A 2 2012-10-12 40
A 3 2012-10-12 50
 
A 1 2012-10-13 60
A 2 2012-10-13 70
A 3 2012-10-13 20
 
As shown above, My database will have such data and I have to plot a line graph like
for Name-A, there will be plotting of 'Srno 1' with 30 of 2012-10-12 date and 60 of 2012-10-13 date.
In the same way for 'Srno 2' and 'Srno 3'. So there will be 3 Line on One Graph.
 
Please suggest if any....
