Print data with printer

Hi,
I have one issue, when I click on the print button for get slip from printer, I display options for print and also show crystal report.
 
I want to make it easy for the user. When the user clicks on the print button I don't want to display any message for print but direct print data into slip by printer
 
I am using VS2010(WinForms). Can Any one help me?

What have you tried? Where are you getting errors? We can't see your screen you know.

Just code on the load event of crystal report. when user clicks on print button the xps file gets generated & the print out is taken.
