Why there is no option to Crystal Reports in the New Item?
While has been installed the Crystal Report program
please help me

Check in your installed program for SAP Crystal Reports, Version for Visual Studio 2008 and also Runtime engine for .Net framework.

if you have using vs 2010 , there is no template for crystal report. you have to download from
downloads.businessobjects.com/akdlm/cr4vs2010/CRforVS_13_0_4.exe
after that you can see the crystal report template.
