Any idea what might couse this error:
 
this erros results when i publish my web app in server

Solution 2

The error message tells you a lot more than it tells us: That you should start looking at line 175 of the file "klientiprov.aspx.cs".
 
This row will contain some indexing code which is asking for a row 0 of an empty list.
 
More we cannot say.

Solution 1

You didn't post any code, but based on the stack trace, have a look at the line 175 in the Page_Load method:
 
Csharp.klientiprov.Page_Load(Object sender, EventArgs e) in C:\Users\User\Documents\Visual Studio 2010\Projects\Csharp\Csharp\klientiprov.aspx.cs:175
