How to add Upper / Lowew filter driver for usb

Hello

I have a project and i want to know that how to add upper filter driver or lower filter driver with the help of inf file.What are the values to change in the inf file to work that driver as upper filter driver.

And i want to add that driver only for USB Storage Devices.
