I have a problem with my windows 7, recently when I open mycomputer from the start menu, in the address bar when I click the down arrow in the right of the bar to expand, it is empty it doesn't show all the locations like my documents, hard drives etc. it is blank and it shows only the current location, I have installed wondershare video converter ultimate trial but the problem appeared long after the installation. How can I restore the tree view of all the locations show I can go directly?

Thank you

If you mean the "Previous Locations" list, then the chances are you can't. What I suspect has happened is that your Internet Explorer History has been cleared - this is linked to the Windows Explorer history and if you clear the one, you clear the other.

You can have a look at the "Recent Places" list on the left under "Favorites", but I suspect that may have been cleared as well.

I know of no way to retrieve the info - sorry!
