you need to talk to the admins.

I think it was occurred due to down server or load.

Don't post that here - you need to talk to the admins directly, and the easiest way to do that is to post it here: Sugs & Bugs[^] - they read every message there and are very helpful. Posting here relies on them "dropping by" and noticing it is for them.
