Universal Document viewer for asp.net web application

Hello All,
 
I need universal document viewer to view my documents like doc,excel,jpg,png,pdf etc. Right now my files are viewing in new tab of browser. And my target is to give only view access to some users and full access (Save or download) access to only managers.

I have no idea, I have never tried to find such products. But if you are using a web browser you will probably find it can handle most types.
