Hello,
As said in the Question the percentage of the inner Div's sizes differs from one browser to another , first I've been testing on IE but now when i tried Firefox it showed some errors can anyone tell me why did that happen ?

the problem wasn't on PC's it was on mobiles :S sorry for forgetting telling you that :S what i tried and solved the problem by adding the html code and the re-sizing in the code behind since i need to create my items dynamically and it worked :)
   
Unfortunately, different rendering engines have too many differences in rendering. The key is the Web design which is not sensitive to those changes.

Solution 1

As SA has stated, every browser has different rendering engines so difference between those browsers have to be accounted for or you need to use style components that are not rendered differently by browsers or operating systems. One way many web developers and designers have done to counteract these differences is by adding "reset" stylesheets which incorporate global styles that attempt to circumvent the rendering difference in each engine.
