the remote server returned an error 401 unauthorized c# .net

Hi,

I developed code in asp.net 4.0 and configured the code in the IIS 7
In the code, i have submit button on click of the submit button page will be redirected on
the another page.

When i run the code in local it is working fine but when i browse the IIS and click on the submit it is giving me following error -"the remote server returned an error 401 unauthorized"

Can any one help me please
