               FROM disease_parameter a
                   Inner JOIN
                       patient_progress_tracking_header b on a.DiseaseId = b.DiseaseId
              WHERE     a.DiseaseId = _disease_Id
                    AND b.Sub_Type_Code = _Sub_Type_Code
             GROUP BY ParameterId
 
problem:Id column is giving same Id for all recordes...Id column is primary key..
please help me

Solution 1

Looks like _Sub_Type_Code is causing the same diseaseid to be returned by the query.
Pass another _Sub_Type_Code to get another set of disease values.

there is only one Sub_type_code code for all DiseaseId
