See more: VB.NET
I have been reading on the net for some time now with these two web pages:

Numer one is the dll that you are to import to you project
1.) http://antivirusscanner.codeplex.com/[^]

Here is the instructions about how to use nuget to apply the package which i have done successfully.
2.) http://nuget.org/packages/AntiVirusScanner[^]

What they do not mention is how to go about using or coding this to work with a vb.net form and only supply a small amount of vb script code which does not agree with vb.net.

Currently I am trying to return a value of 1 for infected or 0 for clean using Microsoft security essentials but it does not seem to be scanning the files I intend it to.

If anyone has some knowledge to shed any light on my issue I would be very happy to hear you..

thank you in advance!
