how to show lightbox pop up according to user database record have or not?

I have two page first page login if user enter information and click the Ok button second page will come.
 
in this page I want to do in form load event check the database his/her entered anything before.if he/she not enter some data lightbox pop up will give message alert message
 
if he or she enter some data before,alert message will not come.
 

my databse mysql I will check userid if it is in database ok false (because before entered)so I will send lightbox javascript code and lightbox not run...like that
