How to bind a treeview to viewmodel

Hi!
I want to bind a treeview into my ViewModel. But I don't know how to do it.
Should i add list into list and bind to treeview? I want to have something like this:

- Date
-------|- Name
-------|- Name
-------|- Name

- Date
-------|- Name
-------|- Name
-------|- Name

Can someone help? I'm begginer.

That doesn't clear enough to me. :(
