Hi everyone!

I am trying to make a datagridview with the cells being in the combobox format and being able to be typed into. I've not been able to find a way to type into them in the combobox format. I've found a way to add comboboxes next to the textboxes but have the comboboxes only be the width of the drop down arrow and add this code:
dataGridView1.CurrentRow.Cells.Add(makeGridViewTextBox) = dataGridView1.CurrentRow.Cells.Add(makeTemp);
The issue that the compiler is having is that there are some invalid arguments. Can anyone shed some light as to why this code won't work? Before the equals sign requires the textbox control name (left hand side) and the part after the equals requires the name of the combobox cell (right hand side).

makegridviewtext box is the textbox displaying the choice or able to be typed into
makegridviewcombobox is the combobox from which to choose from
makegridviewcombobox has the width of only the dropdown arrow
