See more: C++ Java Android iOS win
Hi! I have my own algorithms and classes for image recognition. I need API and some kind of description of them (how to work with, how it must be done at all) in the following - how read raw data from digital, phone camera, webcam. I founded a lot of libraries already (ffmpeg, audacity, OpenCV), but in my case it must be my own library, written for iOS, android, Win. In the perspective it can be an image recognition programs not only for phones.
Thanks in advance.

To read webcam data its better to start with JMF.

Each mobile OS works differently. iOS requires using ITunes, for example. But if the mobile phone is attached via USB port to the PC, your software can read it as a new drive letter will probably be created by Windows automatically right after you attach the phone
