Enroll in a good university. Perhaps MIT, Berkeley, Oxford, ETH Zurich, or similar. Major in Computer Science, focusing on Natural Language processing, and knowledge theory. A minor in the Psychology studying the behavior of the brain, with additional studies in ontology and epistemology would probably also be helpful. Then complete your masters and probably a PHD. Now you can begin. That should take you about 10-12 years to complete.

Or just wait about the same length of time and ask ChatGPT to do it! 😄
