check the naming convention like sometimes it take Index.aspx or index.aspx. there are two types of uploding
1) through ftp provided by host
2) through the filezilla.
 
i think previously you uploaded the file properly right.

Hi
i guess your page error code is 404
if this situation occur then the server can not found the pages.
it may be
1. page mapping path problem.
or
2. may be routing problem.
or
3. may be can not find the appropriate action against the request.
or
4.it may be project uploading problem
so you may set your project in IIS properly.
 
please you improve your question and give the full error message.
