I was going through TCP/IP server written in C#.

Can we create same kind of server in web interface?<pre></pre>

There's a forum at the bottom of the article where you can ask the author directly. You'll still need to clarify your question a bit, I think. The question "Can we create same kind of server in web interface?" isn't really all that clear. What do you mean "in web interface"? A Web Server basically is a TCP/IP server, it just has a few more layers of stuff running on top of it.
