How can I make IE allow cookies to be read/write in my code?

What is with P3P policy? what's the use of P3P in http header?

certain pages that use cookies to process are not getting opened, how can I make IE to permit pages to use cookies ..?

Is P3P here to solve this issue?

I don't know anything about P3P,just seeking information and suggestion
