My Ajax Extenders are not working after deployment in Asp.net. How to resolve this problem.

I am using Ajax calender extender with Text box used for date picker in my website(Asp.net) this is properly working at development time in visual studio and this extender not working after hosted.(this extender not working at live environment)
how to resolve this problem.
Please help me..........

Add Reference of AjaxControlToolkit.DLL in bin folder.
