crystal report generation

I'm beginner with crystal report generation!!
can anybody help me with below error?? that is in Database expert window
i select SQL server native client
then what to write in servername,username,pswrd and all cause when i write my server name and userrname still its not showing as no items found.

please help ASAP!!! thanks
