Data Acquisition from Sensor Interrogator using C#

I have a C# windows from application that displays pressure regions of the foot through a GUI. The input for my application is a txt file that is save by the interrogator software of the sensors http://micronoptics.com/uploads/library/documents/Datasheets/Micron%20Optics%20ENLIGHT.pdf[^]
I use this static txt file and do my calculations on it, is it possible to establish a connection directly with the interrogator device and stream the data directly onto my application for manipulation??

You are talking about some proprietary software. Ask the support from manufacturer's company. It's unlikely that anyone used the same.
