Solution 1

Please take a look at the Infragistics solution. For winforms they have a contol called ultraGridView and supports the mentioned funcionality (Export to pdf, excel). The only little problem that is not free.

Thank for ans. M_Tamas but i need to do it in simple gridview( default control in .net) plz suggest..i am not using infragistics :(
