i have created login page using c# and sql database.
Is there any code for remember me option in login page using sql stored procedure and c#

Why would you want to do that?

Think about it: if you store the "remember me" stuff in the database, how do you tell which user you are supposed to be logging in automatically, unless they tell you who they are? Which defeats the purpose of a "remember me" rather a lot, really...

Store it in a Cookie instead, like everyone else does!
