Are you talking about the icon of the window or an icon next to the clock. An icon in the window can be done using favicon but asp.net is a service on a server and won't show an icon on the user's machine next to their clock. We need more details.

OK. OP could call a an HTTP server a "quantum computer", but it would not help me to give an answer about using of an HTTP server. Isn't it fair?

Well, come to think about, for some answers, it could be considered as the most correct answer, but I still prefer some nice answers, like "RTFM", which of course means "Read The Following Manual". :-)
