is it hard to learn c/c++ language than other languages.also plz suggest a book that completely helps to learn c/c++ language.

Makes little sense. It depends. I someone answers "very hard", how would it affect your decisions? :-)

I suggest this two books are more than enough to refer and also dont keep on studying alone. Practice it, so that you will come to know the kind of errors and it makes you to understand much better.
