How can i convert the RGB of each Pixel to binary and store it in an array ?

Use the Bitmap.LockBits method[^] (the linked page features sample code).

What is wrong with what was suggested? You could use GetPixel() for each pixel but it is INCREDIBLY INEFFICIENT!
