como enviar la imagen de una camara web de un cliente a otro? tipo skype, cliente java y java y servidor c#
hola e estado investigando una forma de como enviar la imagen de una web de una pc a otra haciendo algo similar a un chat (de hecho el problema es hacer un "voice,video and text chat" ) e investigado varias formas , las que mas se utilizan son las de silverligth o javafx ... pero solo tengo 3 dias de tiempo para hacerlo (lol en mi universidad dejan cosas asi y bueno es un trabajo de puntos extra), y no creo que no me da tiempo apra investigar en 3 dias como usar silverligth y javafx para envio de una imagen o varias, y encontre una "solucion" al menos para la web cam, que dice ser una libreria de clases (.dll) la cual tien de nombre "WebCam_Capture.dll" y se hubica en "C:\Windows\System32" ... pero o la encuentro , uso windows 7 y no la veo, y a mi parecer es la forma mas facil de decodificar la imagen de una web cam y enviarla por sockets(ahi me las apaño con eso)... si alguno tiene esa libreria , que me pase un link, o algo parecido que sirva para c#,java y visual basic... y bueno en el mejor de los casos si alguien tiene el proyecto que lo comparta :) o mejor aun que nos conectemos dede skype y me explicase por ahi como hacerlo paso a paso :)
