Visual Studio change Add-In Icon

hey guys,
 
im trying for hours now to change my add-in logo, but it defentifly doesnt work.
 
I have done it like msdn described it to me: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms228771.aspx[^]
 
But i dont know why it doesnt work, i have done it like they described, but when i start my projekt and click on tools, it just shows me the default smiley, does anybody had the same problem?
