Dynamically position a panel in aspx on right click like context menu

I want to dynamically position a panel on the place, where user makes a right click from context menu.

I am using a panel which consists of two link-buttons Edit, Delete.

I want to display this panel on the right click place.
Please can anybody help.

I have a gridview which is dynamically loaded..
This gridview is placed inseide an updatepanel..
So i want to display a context menu on right click on a row of gridview with options like Edit and Delete...
But i m not able to display this menu after the update panel has been updated...

it mean you want to edit or delete a particular row of a grid view and for it the procedure is 1st right click on row then shows that above two menu(edit delete) of context...ok... tried any code..???

Yea... Used jquery.. But it does not work in updatepanels
