Hey Thatraja I'm using crystal reports 2008 and I want to know is it possible to write a formula that uses a field that contains the sales rep id seperated by the tilde symbol to get the sales rep name from another field in a different table? Both tables are in the crystal report. Thanks

Samadhan, I'm not using C# or working in C#, but looking for a formula that I can write in Crystal reports 2008 that will use a field in a table 1 in a crystal report that contains the sales rep id seperated by the tilde symbol and I would like to use that id to match to a field in table 2 with the sales id get the sales rep name from another field in a table 2? Both tables are in the crystal report I'm working on. I don't know if this is even possible in Crystal reports 2008, but I thought I would ask. Thanks
