Get Username from Active directory for Employee id

Dear All,
 
I have a application where I'm using user login id, password and domain name to validate from Active directory. ( e.g bob.mathew, mypassword, mycomp.net).
 
But i want to validate the user on basis of his employee id and password. Is it possible to do?
I did not find any suitable option to do so.
 

Please help me.

N.B : I have only 3 input Employee id, password and domain name (e.g. 3344, mypassword, mycomp.net)
