Move a floating control in datagrid as the scrollbar moves

i have a datagrid. when i double- click on a row, datagrid enters into editing mode and a small window pops up where i need to do some work.... now the problem is that while that small window is open and i try to move the scrollbar in datagrid, the window stays as it is on the screen instead of moving with that particular row for which it was opened. i want that window should move with that row instead of getting fixed on the screen while scrollBar moves.

Please can anyone suggest a solution.
