Hiding a property at runtime

I am using north-wind database.I am using reflection to get the property values .But i want to hide some properties of product class at runtime. How can i do this

From whom do you wish to hide the properties.

i don't want my properties accessible at run time like if call typeof(products).getproperties() i dont want all properties to show.
